Areas of Practice

The main focus of Mr. Cranny’s practice involves defense of complex large loss construction and product liability matters. These actions have involved significant losses related to construction matters in residential, commercial and industrial projects; landslides; chemical spills; water damage; fires; explosions; construction site accidents involving personal injury, property damage, business interruption and delay claims; mechanics liens and miscellaneous contract disputes; and product liability claims related to consumer, industrial and automotive products.
